Lisa Dobriskey will be competing at the Olympics after it was announced that she had been selected to be part of Team GB.
The 28 year old Ashford Athletics Club runner was announced as having joined Kent athletes Jack Green and Adam Gemili at the London Olympics after finishing second in the British Olympic Trials in Birmingham last month.
Dobriskey has had an injury plagued last year, but will now be one of three British runners competing in the 1500 metres.
Kent trampolinist Kat Driscoll should also be confirmed as going to the Olympics in the next few days after she won the latest trial.
